Moscow Lights Film Festival is a young and democratic film festival with screenings at friendly and cozy sites of Moscow as an opportunity for independent cinematographers to present their films.
It has a partnership with New Harvest Film Festival and Moscow Film Party making up together a new generation of film festivals — smart, informal and progressive.
Live-action short films, feature, documentary and experimental films participate in the Contest as well as animation.
Selected short films up to 25-30 minutes are screened. Selected films longer than 35 minutes compete, are awarded and may be screened during the Festival as abstracts or trailers.
