Smart and progressive international Screening Event in the biggest trading mall of Europe

Moscow Lights Film Festival is a young and democratic film festival held in the biggest trading mall of Europe as an opportunity for independent cinematographers to present their works. It has a connection to New Harvest Film Festival and Moscow Film Party making up together a new generation of film festivals — smart, informal and progressive.

Live-action short films, feature, documentary and experimental films participate in the Contest as well as animation.

Selected short films up to 25-30 minutes are screened. Selected films longer than 35 minutes compete, are awarded and may be screened during the Festival as abstracts or trailers.

All films proposed for the Contest should have English subtitles.
If your film has no English subtitles yet you still may submit it, but in case of successful selection you will be asked to send the subtitles additionally.
